I arrived at the hotel on a rainy day and unfortunately got soaked walking from the ferry. I was disappointed to discover that there was a courtesy bus available, but it needed to be booked in advance. It would have been really helpful if the hotel had let me know about this service. Furthermore, the space in the chalet was quite tight, making it difficult to hang wet clothes. To make matters worse, the heater was off when I arrived, leaving the room cold. Next time I visit the island, I will opt for a B&B for a more personal service. Additionally, I found the hotel to be quite expensive for the amenities provided.
